Jenny's E-Portfolio

     Science this year feels more learning and note taking based, and project based, which is something that I am perfectly fine with. But whenever we did have projects, they can be really fun and actually help enhance my understanding of the curriculum. One of the projects that I believed that I did my best work in is the periodic table project. In this project, we have to make a periodic table, but instead of it containing elements, it can contain anything else. My partner and I decided to make a periodic table about books. Originally it was supposed to be about the characters of a TV show called Pretty Little Liars. But that ended up not being the case.

     I believe that this was my best work because this was something that I worked really hard and really shows how hard I researched on this. The requirements that were in the periodic table were actually really tight, so it made it really hard for me to use the books that I really liked into this project. Therefore, I spent at least an hour a day in order to research books, which could be a little tedious at times. At that point, that was where I worked extremely hard in that project and it made me realize that I did research a lot and put a lot of effort into it too. This shows my best work because it made me realize the best of my abilities. And I think when I work really hard in something, it really shows as my best work.
